Vivian is the local Mallorcan member of the team. Vivian has studied Political Sciences at Cornell University in USA. She has worked in real estate business for the last 15 years. Before Mallorcaresidencia, she was the founder and CEO of property management company "Ready House". Vivian has an extensive network on the island. She speaks English, Spanish, Swedish, German and Hungarian. She likes taking long walks with the PR manager Fura in her free time.
Lenka has studied business economy at the University of Uppsala. After this, she worked for many years with real estate business at Nordbanken / Nordea in Stockholm. She has also run a business of her own, specialized in booking hotels and renting apartments abroad. She speaks Swedish, English, Czech, German and some Spanish, and also makes herself understood in Norwegian, Danish and Russian. In her free time she likes to go to cultural activities in Palma.
Elena has Master of Science in business administration from Uppsala University. She has also studied international marketing and strategic management at Bocconi University in Milan. Elena has long experience of customer service and speaks Swedish, English, Russian and some Italian. In her free time she practice yoga, read books and spend time with family and friends.
Ahmet has an MBA and M.Eng. from Cornell University in USA. He has long financing and consulting experience including medium and large size corporate acquisitions. After working as a consultant at McKinsey & Co. in Stockholm, he managed a medium size technology company as the CEO. In addition he has experience in the tourism industry. Besides private properties, he manages sales and purchase of commercial objects such as restaurants and hotels on the island. He speaks English, Swedish, German, Turkish and some Spanish. In his free time, he drives his motorcycle in long adventures.
