Vivian is the local Mallorcan member of the team. Vivian has studied Political Science at Cornell University in the USA. She has worked in the real estate business for the last 15 years. Before Mallorcaresidencia, she was the founder and CEO of a property management company, "Ready House". Vivian therefore has an extensive network on the island. She speaks English, Spanish, Swedish, German and Hungarian. In her free time she likes taking long walks with her two children and playing tennis.
Ahmet has an MBA and M.Eng. from Cornell University in the USA. He has long finance and consulting experience from the USA and Sweden. After working as a consultant at McKinsey & Co. in Stockholm, he managed a medium size technology company as the CEO. Besides private properties, he manages sales and purchase of commercial objects such as restaurants and hotels on the island. He speaks English, Swedish, German, Turkish and Spanish. In his free time, he catches some waves in Mallorca.
Charlotte is Swedish. After living in Norway for a few years she moved to Mallorca in 2003. Charlotte has owned a cocktail bar in Palma for six years. She has also worked at the Swedish School and as a tennis instructor. Charlotte has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. She speaks Swedish, Spanish, English and Norwegian and understands Danish, German and Catalan. In her free time, she plays tennis and goes hiking in the mountains of Mallorca.
Patricia is an interior architect. Originally from Mallorca, she has returned after several years away to lead design and refurbishment projects for our clients who wish to renovate their homes. Her background is in Interior and Graphic Design. Before she worked for LOM FDP, an architecture and design firm in London. Prior to this she spent some time in the USA, Italy and Kenya gaining multicultural experience within her field. She has a Masters degree in environmental issues and sustainability from which she tries to incorporate the concepts in all her projects. Patricia is here to help you customize your dream home. In her freetime, she explores the climbing walls of Mallorca.
Jan has been living in Mallorca since the year 2000. During this time he has been working for a well known Mallorcan developer
and for a real estate agency in Port Andratx. Thanks to this, he has a good knowledge of the real estate market in Mallorca and is since the
beginning of 2013 a member of our team. He speaks Swedish, English, German, Spanish and understands
Danish and Norwegian.
He likes to spend his free time with his family. He is also very interested in sports and enjoys exercising whenever he finds
Magnus moved to Mallorca with his family for the quality of life and the ideal climate. His two sons study in the Swedish School in Palma. Magnus has more than 20 years experience in sales, most from the banking and finance sector. Prior to Magnus moving to Mallorca, he worked as an office manager at the SEB office in the Old Town of Stockholm. He has a keen interest in languages and speaks Swedish, Finnish, English, Spanish and Italian. In his spare time, he likes to do sports (running, tennis, yoga, cycling) and spend time with his family.
Patrik spent his summers in Mallorca since 1981 Where he sailed around the Balearic islands. After being in the Swedish navy he went to study Spanish in Barcelona, 2006 he came to Mallorca to stay, and started working as Captain & First officer/ Engineer in the super yacht charter industry. Now he enjoys being on dry land, living in central Palma. He speaks fluent Spanish, English, and Swedish. Spends his free time with family or on the water Sailing and surfing.
Anders came to Majorca with his family almost three years ago and has got a son in the Swedish school. The family has moved around a bit on the island; Sol de Mallorca, Cas Catala, Binissalem until finally settling down in Santa Catalina. Anders has a background in the finance and insurance business and has recently joined the Mallorcaresidencia team after spending a year at a large German real estate agency on the island. He speaks Swedish and English, understands German, Danish and Norwegian and is in the process of learning Spanish. His spare time is divided between spending quality time with the family and playing golf.
Josephine moved to Mallorca in 2003. Since then she has spent a year in Barcelona and three years back in Sweden. Josephine has a master's degree in corporate law and has previously worked with contract negotiations. During her time in Mallorca she has run a clothing store and had four children. She has a great passion for languages and speaks Swedish, English, Spanish, Danish and some French. Josephine keeps the northwest side of Mallorca close to heart and lives outside Deia. Her spare time she spends hanging out with the family, walking in the mountains or playing padel.
Ana is from Mallorca. After finishing her degree in tourism she traveled through Europe and lived several years in Ireland and Germany.
Once back in Mallorca she specialized in Graphic Design and Photography. She started her own advertising business gaining experience in this sector.
In addition, she has experience in the real estate industry after working in renowned companies of Mallorca.
She speaks Catalan, Spanish, English and German. Her main hobby is photo restoration. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends.
Johanna is Swedish from Dalarna. She first came to Mallorca in 2001 to work as a flight attendant. She has since that lived in Peru, Vietnam and Sweden to finally return to Mallorca. She has studied International Relations and is fluent in Swedish, English and Spanish. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her family and friends, hiking in the mountains and running.
Therese is Swedish and born in Gothenburg. After graduation, she moved to Valencia to study Spanish, where she a few years later moved back for university studies. Therese has a bachelor degree in Business and Administration with specialization in Marketing. She moved to Mallorca in the summer 2016 after living one year in Boston. Therese speaks Swedish, English and Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends, playing soccer and exploring the island.
